Vinification::
Wine is made by blending of the perfect wine materials "Bayan Shira" and "Rkatsiteli" received on classical technology with the subsequent processing, a careful filtration and flood in bottles.

Alcohol: 10 - 12%

Color: Straw-golden with greenish outflow.

Bouquet and flavoring palette:
Refined wine with delicate aroma of a new-mown grass, a lemon dried peel, green apple and an unripe apricot. Spicy notes in the refreshing taste of wine are combined with bright, but pleasant sourness and long aftertaste.

Combination:
It is recommended to give with fish, light meat and seafood dishes, and also to light salads and as aperitif, at a temperature of +10 … +14 °C.
